  • Patent number: 6638459
Abstract: A method for preparing compression molded or pressed lignocellulosic articles is disclosed. The method involves forming a binder resin by combining a polyisocyanate component with a parting agent and preferably a synergist. The parting agent is the reaction product of an isocyanate compound and an isocyanate-reactive compound of the general structure R—(ao)n—Y where: R is a hydrophobic group containing alkyl, alkaryl, polyaryl, or siloxane moieties; (ao) is an alkylene oxide or mixture of alkylene oxides; n is from 1 to 25; and Y represents a monofunctional isocyanate-reactive group. A resinated lignocellulosic mixture is formed by combining the binder resin with lignocellulosic particles. Then a compression molded or pressed lignocellulosic article is formed by compressing the resinated lignocellulosic mixture at an elevated temperature and under pressure.

  • Publication number: 20030133293
Abstract: A rapid shaping strips with strings of Christmas lights includes a pair of strips made of soft and foldable material and connected together at their tops and their lateral sides by a plurality of pairs of oblique sutures toward each other to define a plurality of spaces at different intervals, a pair of alignments of circular thru holes spacedly and parallel extended in each of the strips along the length thereof. Each of the circular thru holes has a protrudent collar on outer side for sequentially engaging the lamps of the strings of Christmas lights. A pair of superfluous electric wires are fixed at the top of the strips and extend downward through the center of the strips along the length thereof and connect to an external power source. Thereby, draw the electric wires downward and squeeze the strips upward, a shape of flower is promptly formed with the lamps to glitter thereon.

  • Publication number: 20030000058
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a film bulk acoustic wave filter, wherein a single-layer high-acoustic-impedance reflection layer is applied for the film bulk acoustic wave, for example, a diamond film with single-layer high-acoustic-impedance or a BCB film with single-layer low-acoustic-impedance is used as a reflection layer under the film bulk acoustic wave device in order to replace the cavity-reflective construction or the multi-layer reflection construction that are presently used; thus, there is no need for etching the cavity, the steadiness of the device and the yield of the device can be improved, and the FOM (figure of merit) of the film acoustic wave device is also improved; further, as there is no backside etching and front-side etching proceeded, the size of die is reduced greatly, so it is advantageous to mass production.

  • Publication number: 20020109564
Abstract: A bulk acoustic wave filter device and its package. The filter devices greatly decreases the manufacturing process complexity by the coplanar electrode layout, and it omits the process steps of forming via hole of connectors, such that it is convenient to the coplanar high frequency on-wafer measurement and trimming. Furthermore, by using the wafer level chip scale package (WLCSP) technique, which to integrate the series resonator and the shunt resonator can be integrated, the spaces of filter can be saved and the cost of package can be down.
