    Abstract: Disclosed is a complementary analog and digital method for controlling ignition of a gasoline engine. First, analog ignition is performed by means of an analog trigger circuit. After power has been steadily supplied to a microcontroller, the microcontroller disconnects the analog trigger circuit, starts to collect a digital trigger reference signal and turn on a digital trigger circuit, and switches to a digital signal to trigger ignition. Also disclosed is a complementary analog and digital system for controlling ignition of a gasoline engine.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a device having communication with small gasoline engine igniter, comprising an igniter, a flameout switch and a communication device, and both the flameout switch and the communication device are connected to an igniter flameout port and an iron core of a reference ground. The unique voltage conversion circuit herein makes the signals at MUC sampling port more close to the required theoretical value, to ensure more stable and reliable communications. The design of key input and data display enables the communication device to be used alone without additional computers or other additional equipments, simple and convenient. On the basis of above igniter program, very simple circuit at extremely low costs is added, together with the MCU control program, the invention can have a single-wire bidirectional communication with an external device, so as to achieve operations of controlling MCU internal data of the igniter.

    Abstract: An ignition control device and corresponding method are provided for suppressing reverse rotation of the engine during startup process of a light duty gasoline engine, the ignition control device includes: a charge coil, a transformer, an electric-spark-generating control circuit, a trigger coil, a position sensing circuit, and a micro-controller. The position sensing circuit is used to shape the positive signal and negative signal of the second alternating current signal induced by the trigger coil while the fly wheel rotates respectively to generate a first position signal and a second position signal. According to the first position signal and the second position signal, it is determined by the micro-controller whether the engine is in the state of reverse rotation, and if YES, output of the ignition signal is stopped to make engine halt due to absence of reverse power.
