The apparatus further comprises a heating arm extending outwardly from said frame member, positioned above the infant platform and at least one drive mechanism connected to the frame member and to the infant platform. The drive mechanism is provided with at least one user interface extending to the lateral side walls of the infant platform for moving the infant platform.
