    Abstract: An electronic device includes a casing, a flexible pen plug, and a locking member. The casing includes a pen slot and a first engaging portion located beside the pen slot. The flexible pen plug is detachably disposed in the pen slot, and includes a door portion, a second engaging portion connected to the door portion, a first wall portion close to the second engaging portion, and a second wall portion away from the second engaging portion. An insertion space is formed between the first wall portion and the second wall portion. When the flexible pen plug is disposed in the pen slot, the second engaging portion is engaged with the first engaging portion. The locking member is detachably screwed to the door portion, partially extends into the insertion space, and is located between the first wall portion and the second wall portion.

    Abstract: A bipolar junction transistor (BJT) includes an emitter region, abase region on one side of the emitter region, and a collector region on the other side of the base region. The emitter region includes first fins extending along a first direction, a first metal gate extending across the first fins along a second direction, a second metal gate in parallel with the first metal gate, and an emitter contact plug on the first fins between the first metal gate and the second metal gate. The base region includes second fins extending along the first direction, the first metal gate and the second metal gate extending across the second fins along the second direction, and a base contact plug on the second fins between the first metal gate and the second metal gate. The emitter contact plug is aligned with the base contact plug.

    Abstract: A voltage converter for providing an output voltage signal at an output port according to an input voltage signal is disclosed. The voltage converter comprises a feedback circuit, a transmission switch circuit, a voltage converting circuit, and a pre-bias circuit. The feedback circuit generates a feedback voltage signal according to the output voltage signal. The transmission switch circuit selectively transmits a converted voltage signal to the output port of the voltage converter in a normal mode or transmits the input voltage signal to the output port of the voltage converter in a pre-bias mode. The voltage converting circuit converts the input voltage signal into the converted voltage signal in the normal mode and references the feedback voltage signal and the reference voltage signal to adjust the output voltage signal in the normal mode. The pre-bias circuit controls a magnitude of a current passing through the transmission switch circuit.
