The engaging tooth of the assembling segment is inserted into the assembling slot and is engaged with the retaining rack, and the assembling segment is rotatable relative to the assembling slot in an angle range, so that the engaging tooth is engaged with and movable from one end of the retaining rack to another end of the retaining rack.
