    Abstract: An antenna module includes an antenna and a periodic structure. The periodic structure is disposed on one side of the antenna, and includes a plural first pillars, a plural first bridge members, and a plural second pillars. The plural first pillars are arranged at intervals along a one-dimensional array. The plural first bridge members are arranged at intervals along the one-dimensional array, and are connected to a side of the plural first pillars away from the antenna, wherein the plural first bridge members define a second virtual layer. The plural of second pillars are arranged at intervals in parallel with the first pillars and are connected to a side of the plural first bridge members away from the antenna. Each of the second pillars each of and the first pillars adjacent thereto have an offset from each other in the direction perpendicular to the second virtual layer.

    Abstract: A field emission cathode comprises at least one electron emitting parcel, and at least one ion absorbing parcel each being electrically connected with each of the at least one electron emitting parcel. The electron emitting parcel includes a first substrate and a nano emission component disposed on the first substrate for emitting electrons in an electric field. The ion absorbing parcel is constituted by a second substrate, in which the electric conductivity of the first substrate is less than that of the second substrate. A field emission light comprises the said field emission cathode, a field emission anode and a power supply. Thus the positive ions in an electric field can be absorbed by ion absorbing parcels to suppress an ion bombardment in the electric field. The efficiency of the electric field of the field emission is then maintained, and the lifetime of the field emission light is enhanced.

    Abstract: A triode-type field emission device and method of manufacturing the same, suitable for use in screen print process of curved or planar substrate, comprising the following steps: firstly, form a cathode and a gate on a cathode substrate at the same time by means of screen printing, and a gap is located between gate and cathode, to avoid short circuit or interference; next, form a hedgehog-shape field emission layer on at least said cathode; then, form a transparent conductive layer and a light emitting layer sequentially on an anode substrate; and finally, dispose cathode substrate and anode substrate in parallel and spaced apart, and package them into a triode-type field emission device. Bias of cathode and gate can be controlled to achieve local adjustment of light. Also, gate may serve as an emitter, to increase field emission efficiency and its service life.

    Abstract: A method of manufacturing carbon nanotube (CNT) field emission source, comprising the following steps of: providing a substrate; disposing an electrode layer on substrate; applying a mixture on electrode layer by means of screen printing, and mixture is a mixture of CNT paste and carbon powder; performing sinter in proceeding with a heat cracking reaction, and the carbon cracked and obtained in a heat cracking reaction of carbon powder and polymer in CNT paste is used as a carbon source, and that is used to grow a CNT emission layer of a hedgehog-shaped CNT cluster structure, thus obtaining a cathode plate after completion of sinter process. The hedgehog-shaped CNT cluster structure is a carbon nanotube (CNT) emission layer capable of having multi-direction electron emission routes. As such, it can realize the characteristics of high current density, and low turn-on voltage, while raising the stability of electron field emission.
