  • Patent number: 11920387
Abstract: A motor vehicle handle arrangement includes an actuating element, which is movable between a neutral position and an active position, a handle part, which is movable between a non-use position and an actuating position, and a mechanical restoring element. In a normal operation, the actuating element is designed to move the handle part from the non-use position into the actuating position. In the active position, it holds the handle part in the actuating position. An auxiliary restoring element is movably mounted and coupled in movement with the actuating element in such a way that, during a faulty operation in which the actuating element moves into the neutral position and the handle part is arranged remaining in its actuating position, it is designed, at least for a fraction of its movement, to move the handle part concomitantly in the direction of its non-use position.

  • Publication number: 20220106818
Abstract: A vehicle door handle having a grip for sensor-controlled triggering of a vehicle function, the grip being coupled to a handle housing which can be mounted on a vehicle. A coupling device and a motor are provided. The grip can be moved between a rest position and an extended actuation position by being driven by the motor via the coupling device. The grip has sensor components which sense an actuation force or communication device which sense a mobile communications device brought closer to the grip. The sensor components or the communication device are coupled to an interface via which actuation signals can be output. In both the actuation position and the rest position, the grip is coupled to the handle housing in a positionally fixed and travel-free manner over its entire extension and locked against deflection relative to the handle housing.

  • Publication number: 20210207633
Abstract: A motor vehicle fastening system for fastening a first motor vehicle component to a second motor vehicle component by a fastening device is provided. The fastening device includes a bolt element, a screw-on element and a tolerance element. The bolt element is connected to the second motor vehicle component in a rotationally fixed manner by screwing the bolt element into the second motor vehicle component up to a contact surface formed on the bolt element. The tolerance element is screwed onto the bolt element and also is supported against the first motor vehicle component such that the tolerance element can be moved relative to the first motor vehicle component along a first axis and a second axis. A screw-on element is arranged on a side surface of the first motor vehicle component facing away from the second motor vehicle component and is screwed onto the bolt element.

  • Publication number: 20210172218
Abstract: A door handle assembly for a motor vehicle includes a handle support, a handle and a drive element. The handle can assume an idle position and a handling position. The handle extends flush with the outside of a vehicle door in the idle position and projects outward of the vehicle door for actuation in the handling position. A base plate is movably mounted on the handle support and can be moved relative to the handle support. The handle is mounted on the base plate. The drive element is kinematically coupled to the base plate. In normal operation, the drive element moves the base plate from a basic position, in which the handle is arranged in the idle position, into a standby position, in which the handle is arranged in the handling position.

  • Patent number: 8099987
Abstract: A locking device contains a locking cylinder with a freewheeling sleeve (11), cylinder core and tumblers (27). The cylinder core can be rotated by a matching key because the tumblers (27) which lock the cylinder core release the freewheeling sleeve (11) when the key is removed. The freewheeling sleeve (11) is mounted rotationally in a housing (18) and is fixed in a defined rotational position by a latching element in the housing (18), which latching element is loaded (34) radially by a spring element. Upon forcible rotations of the cylinder core, which characterize an overloading situation, the latching element releases the freewheeling sleeve (11). An output element which brings about the desired functions in the vehicle is also located in the housing, as is, furthermore, a coupling element which is rotationally fixed to the output element, is under a radial resetting force and can be displaced radially.

  • Publication number: 20090223264
Abstract: A locking cylinder comprises a two-part housing, comprising an upper part and a lower part. A cylinder core (20) is received in said housing and can be actuated by turning a key. The housing of the locking cylinder is fastened to the body of a vehicle (34) by fastening means (30). The aim of the invention is to reduce the space required by and simplify handling of the locking cylinder. For this purpose, the fastening means (30) used to fasten (34) the housing of the locking cylinder on the body is also used as a connecting means for fastening the housing upper part on the housing lower part.

  • Patent number: 7260964
Abstract: An actuating device for a door or hatch of a vehicle includes a carrier for moving a slide between a locking position and a release position for locking a turret to be inserted into an opening of the carrier in a desired inserted position. The slide is provided on its front side in the pull-out direction with a lobe which includes a radially outer surface pointing away from the inserted turret. The turret has an opposing lobe facing the insertion direction, wherein the opposing lobe is arranged at a radial distance from the adjacent circumferential zone of the turret and includes a radially inner surface facing the turret. When the turret is moved into the locking position, the lobe travels into a radial distance from the slide and is moved behind the opposing lobe where the lobe rests with its radially outer surface on the radially inner surface of the opposing lobe.

  • Publication number: 20060101879
Abstract: A shaft (20) bridges the axial separation between a locking cylinder (10) and a lock (15). In order to also compensate for a radial offset (18, 19) between the locking cylinder and the lock (15), said shaft (20) must be flexible. According to the invention, an economical reliable shaft (20) may be developed, whereby said shaft has a one-piece embodiment in a flexible material and a series of notches (25, 25?) running perpendicular to the shaft axis (14) provided therein. In the notched region, a web (27) remains in the shaft (20) between the two edges of the notches (25, 25?). Said notches (25, 25?) are let into the shaft (20) from two differing directions (21, 22). The web (27) thus functions as a flexing point as the both edges of the notches (25, 25?) may be displaced towards or away from each other on application of flexing loads.
