Inventors: Meryl H. Karol, Lisa K. Ryan
  • Patent number: 4383984
Abstract: An antigen and a method for its preparation and use in detecting antibody to a selected diisocyanate is provided by reacting the monoisocyanate derivative of the diisocyanate or the diisocyanate with a protein, incubating the antigen on a paper disc with test serum in the presence of a buffer and anti-IgE-.sup.125 I and thereafter counting the disc with a scintillation spectrometer.
