Abstract: Coating compositions comprise a coating base, a lecithin additive and a fluorochemical wherein the coating base is an alkyd coating, urethane resin coating, unsaturated polymer coating, latex coating or water-dispersed coating. The combination of a lecithin additive and fluorochemical imparts, to a coating composition, significantly improved cleanability and/or oil repellency (as measured by higher contact angles) compared to the individual ingredients alone.
