    Abstract: A method for dissipating power of an automotive electric drive system that includes a traction battery, and an inverter, wherein the inverter includes a DC bus between, and a dissipation circuit between the traction battery and DC bus, wherein the dissipation circuit includes a plurality of resistors connected in series between positive and negative terminals of the DC bus and a dissipation resistor and switch connected in series between the positive and negative terminals, the method includes responsive to a voltage across one of the plurality of resistors being less than a threshold value, deactivating the switch to prevent current flow from the positive terminal to the negative terminal through the dissipation resistor, and responsive to the voltage exceeding the threshold value, activating the switch to permit current flow from the positive terminal to the negative terminal through the dissipation resistor.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a flexible integrated array sensor and manufacturing methods thereof. The array sensor includes a silicon wafer, a readout circuit layer, a sensing array layer, and a polymer substrate layer disposed on the silicon wafer. The manufacturing method includes: preparing a silicon wafer; fabricating a plurality of function arrays, each including m*n function units, on a surface of the silicon wafer; etching one or more deep grooves on the surface of the silicon wafer between the arrays; fabricating a thinning support; and thinning a bottom surface of the silicon wafer to a target thickness so that the arrays are separated from each other. The etching depth for etching the one or more deep grooves is equal to or greater than the thickness of the silicon wafer after thinning.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for constructing a chromatography test strip for triazophos based on molecular imprinting and electrospinning. The present invention combines electrospinning, molecular imprinting and the immunochromatography test strip technology. Molecularly imprinted T-line (detection limit) is prepared on an NC membrane by electrospinning, and goat anti-mouse IgG is used as C-line (quality control line). With fluorescence changes occurring when triazophos hapten-murine IgG/fluorescein isothiocyanate conjugate (THBu-IgG-FITC) fluorescent probe directly competes with the target triazophos to bind to the molecularly imprinted binding site, a chromatography-fluorescence detection method for triazophos based on molecular imprinting and electrospinning is established. The functional material adsorbing triazophos provided by the present invention adopts a virtual template to avoid template leakage, and can be used in immunochromatography to replace a biological antibody.
