    Abstract: A method for preparing an ultrathin two-dimensional (2D) monocrystalline nanosheet, the method including: 1) placing BiX3 powder where X=I, Br, or Cl in a crucible, and putting the crucible on a first heating zone of a furnace disposed at a gas inlet of a quartz tube; placing substrates covered with metal sheets on a second heating zone of the furnace disposed at a gas outlet of the quartz tube; 2) vacuumizing the quartz tube; pumping Ar gas into the quartz tube until the air pressure is 101.325 kPa; pumping a carrier gas into the quartz tube; and 3) heating and maintaining the second heating zone; heating the first heating zone for BiX3 evaporation until producing chemical reaction between BiX3 and the metal sheets, and preparing ultrathin 2D nanosheets on the substrates simultaneously; and cooling the substrate naturally to 15-30° C.

In response, video data which corresponds to various presentation videos on the internet is received from the web crawler. The video data is used to define influence factors, such that different combinations of the influence factors represent different conditions of a presenter in the presentation videos. The video data is also used to define labels, where different combinations of the labels represent different conditions of one or more audience members in the presentation videos. Furthermore, structured data is generated by correlating certain presenter conditions with certain audience conditions, and the structured data is stored in memory.

The pixel circuit includes a first switch sub-circuit, a second switch sub-circuit, a luminescent sub-circuit, and a dual-drive sub-circuit. Through improving the pixel circuit, a first driving terminal of the dual-drive sub-circuit connects to a first node, a second driving terminal of the dual-drive sub-circuit connects to the second node, when a first and a second gate line signal terminal input the gate line scanning signal alternatively, the first and the second switch sub-circuit are working alternatively, cause the first and the second driving terminal are working alternatively, thus to drive the luminescent sub-circuit to emit light. Therefore, the two driving terminals work alternatively to avoid the voltage instability due to threshold voltage shift caused by one driving terminal of the dual-drive sub-circuit works for a long time.
