  • Publication number: 20210025197
Abstract: A lock kit for a fenestration assembly includes a panel stop. The fenestration assembly includes a first panel and a second panel, at least one of the first and second panels being slideable relative the other of the first and second panels. The panel stop is configured to pivotably mount within a recess of a frame member of the first panel and pivot between a first stop position configured to maintain the first and second panels in a fully closed position, a second stop position configured to limit sliding of the first and second panels beyond a preset partially-open position, and a third position substantially within the recess, the third position being configured to not restrict a range of motion of the first and second panels.

  • Patent number: 9101258
Abstract: A dishwasher may comprise a tub at least partially defining multiple treating chambers and further defining an access opening for the treating chambers. Interior closure elements may selectively close the access openings, and examples of the interior closure elements include a pivoting door and a drawer front. An exterior closure element mounted to the dishwasher for movement relative to the tub may overlie the interior closure elements when closed.

  • Patent number: 6513180
Abstract: A washing machine including an metal-containing bleach activation system and method of operation are disclosed herein. A peroxide generator, in the form of an electrochemical cell, is connected to a water inlet pipe to produce and deliver peroxide molecules into the washing machine. The activation system includes a catalyst which is preferably compounded into structure of the machine, such that when soiled articles contact the peroxide and the catalyst, the bleaching activity of the peroxide is greatly increased.

  • Patent number: 6223452
Abstract: An improved clothes dryer has a rotatable drum with an emissive coating on the drum to reflect energy from a heat source, such as a radiant infrared lamp, inside the dryer. By reflecting the energy inside the rotatable drum, the rate of heat transfer is increased, thus increasing drying rate and increasing the energy efficiency of the dryer. Convection air can be used in combination with the infrared heat to further enhance drying.
