A first funnel wall has a trapezoidal shape including a neck edge and a funnel edge. The neck edge of the first funnel wall is hingedly connected to the neck edge of the first support and the neck edge of the second funnel wall is hingedly connected to the neck edge of the second support. First and second connecting walls each have a trapezoidal shape including a neck edge and a funnel edge. The first connecting wall is hingedly connected to the first funnel wall at a first hinge and the second funnel wall at a second hinge. The second connecting wall is hingedly connected to the first funnel wall at a third hinge and to the second funnel wall at a fourth hinge. Patent number: 6321776Abstract: A throttling valve assembly actuated by a stepper motor having a double diaphragm seal and integral throttling surface. The throttling surface interfaces to a mating orifice and port arrangement to provide a smooth control regime for various process fluids. Because of the unique design of the flow paths the fluids will remain in a laminar flow state throughout the throttling range, thus providing smooth and continuous response to the control input. The valve opening to the fluid controlled by a stepper motor through a direct drive mechanism. The embodiment shown here employees all PTFE construction for the wetting parts, but any material could be used that would be compatible with the process fluid. The tubular legs have a top surface divided by a centerline and have apertures offset from the centerline. The leg covers are adapted to cover the legs, and the leg covers include downwardly extending off-centered bosses for engaging the apertures. Each of the tubular legs has an end with aligned vertical holes therein. A sleeve-like pintle receiver is located in the aligned vertical holes and flared at its top and bottom to hold the pintle receiver in the tubular legs. The leg assembly includes a tubular center hub. The plurality of radially extending tubular legs each have a top wall, a bottom wall, and opposing sidewalls, the top and bottom walls each having an arcuately shaped end engaging the center hub.
