First and second housings are coupled with a frame of a vehicle system. A first actuator system extends between the first housing and the frame bar, and a second actuator system is extends between the second housing and the frame bar. The first and second actuator systems control rotational movement of the frame bar between first and second directions of rotation. Rotating the frame bar in the first direction of rotation moves an axle away from a route, and rotating the frame bar in the second direction of rotation moves the axle toward the route.

The reduced or minimized fouling can be achieved in part by providing one or more pump-around trays in the primary fractionator below the level of the fractionation trays for an intermediate product produced by the fractionator. Including a pump-around section below the fractionation trays can improve vapor distribution within the fractionation trays, which are believed to have an increased likelihood of accumulation of foulant deposits.     Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method of making a porous molecular structure from a solution comprising an insoluble metal containing material and a ligand-providing material. In some embodiments, the porous molecular structure can be a Metal-Organic Framework (MOF). Ionic metal salts are the most common type of metal source for MOF production, but dissolution of metal salts complicates solvent recycling and creates corrosion and oxidation issues through evolved nitrate and chloride anions. Elucidating information that leads toward more efficient production of these versatile nanomaterials, while extending the knowledge base of how MOFs form during reaction, is critical to advancing MOF materials into large-scale use. Disclosed herein are improved methods for controlled synthesis of porous molecular structures such as MOFs comprising a solution-based synthesis with insoluble metallic precursor.
