  • Publication number: 20220096177
Abstract: A method may be provided to operate a surgical robotic system including a robotic arm configured to position a surgical end-effector with respect to an anatomical location of a patient. Position information may be received where the position information is generated using a sensor system remote from the robotic arm and remote from the patient. The position information may include position information relating to a tracking device affixed to the patient and position information relating to the surgical end-effector. The robotic arm may be controlled to move the surgical end-effector to a target trajectory relative to the anatomical location of the patient based on the position information generated using the sensor system.

  • Patent number: 11246753
Abstract: An implanted intraocular shunt can be manually manipulated, without surgical intervention, to modify the flow resistance of the shunt, thereby providing relief from high intraocular pressure while avoiding hypotony. For example, through application of pressure along a surface of the eye, a portion of the shunt can be displaced or separated relative to the shunt, thereby decreasing a flow resistance of the shunt.

  • Publication number: 20210368966
Abstract: A refillable cosmetic container system comprising an outer container that can be closed by an optional lid, and an inner cosmetic holding canister that can be removably mounted within the container. A coupling system can be implemented to allow the outer container and the inner canister to be selectively coupled to each other, such as a lug-and-groove interface, latch and catch interface, etc. The coupling system may be configured such that rotation of the inner canister relative to the outer container causes the coupling/decoupling (e.g., locking/unlocking) between the outer container and the inner canister. To aid in selective coupling (e.g., coupling and decoupling) of the inner canister with respect to the outer container, a handle is provided on the inner container.

  • Patent number: 11102059
Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable storage media are provided for managing status of state machines in a computing network. Various embodiments of the present technology can be used to track and maintain an active log associated with each state machine in a computing network. The active log of a state machine can be periodically analyzed at a predetermined time interval to determine an anticipated state of the state machine and a current state of the state machine. In response to determining that the state machine is in an inconsistent state (i.e., the anticipated state does not match the current state of the state machine), a suitable action can be taken to switch the current state of the state machine from the inconsistent state to a suitable new state.

  • Publication number: 20210169605
Abstract: A surgical robot positions an end effector that guides movement of a surgical tool during a surgical procedure on a patient anatomical structure. A tracking system determines a pose of the anatomical structure and a pose of the end effector and/or the surgical tool. A navigation controller determines a target pose for the surgical tool based on a surgical plan and based on the pose of the anatomical structure, and generates steering information based on the target pose for the surgical tool, the pose of the anatomical structure, and the pose of the surgical tool and/or the end effector. The steering information indicates where the surgical tool and/or the end effector need to be moved. An AR headset controller receives the steering information from the navigation controller and displays a graphical representation of the steering information and/or the target pose for the surgical tool on a see-through display screen.
