  • Patent number: 9512659
Abstract: An access system includes a transmitter and a receiver for exchange of secure data wherein the system uses an encryption and a decryption algorithm to exchange a secure data packet. The secure data packet may include an unencrypted data packet and an encrypted data packet. The encrypted data packet may include first data encrypted by the encryption algorithm, and data decrypted by the decryption algorithm, wherein the data decrypted by the decryption algorithm includes a combination of a secure signature and second data encrypted by the encryption algorithm.

  • Patent number: 8275272
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure can provide a method for replacing a customer replaceable unit (CRU) in a printing system. The method can include determining a historic usage pattern for a CRU during a usage of the CRU, calculating a remaining time for the CRU based on the historic usage pattern, and signaling a user for ordering a new CRC when the remaining time for the CRU is substantially equivalent to a pre-determined value.

Date of Patent: September 25, 2012
    Assignee: Xerox Corporation

  • Publication number: 20070135272
Abstract: A fitness apparatus including a frame, at least one resistance member operatively mounted on the frame, and at least one user interface member. A cable and pulley system operatively connects between the at least one resistant member and the at least one interface member. Floating pulleys engage with the a cable of the cable and pulley system. Biasing elements are enagaged between the frame and the floating pulleys, so that the biasing element applies a generally perpendicular force to the cable and removes the slack in the cable and pulley system.
