Abstract: A light sensor may capture a first pattern of nonvisible light reflected from reflective components on a surface of an article. A computing device may generate, based on the first pattern of nonvisible light and an article design selected by a user, a first design image. An image projector may project the first design image at a target area containing at least part of the article.

Abstract: Systems and techniques are provided for a real-time motion capture and projection system. Infrared cameras may be positioned in an area. The infrared cameras may generate infrared images of portions of the area and transmit the infrared images as motion capture data. An image processing system may receive the motion capture data from the infrared cameras and generate projector instructions. Projectors may be positioned in the area. The projectors may receive the projector instructions from the image processing system and project visible light according to the projector instructions.
