Patent number: 11995034Abstract: A method for generating and maintaining hierarchical tags with community-based ratings is provided. Tags for media streams are organized into a hierarchical format. Users may select tags from the hierarchical tag database that describes a particular multimedia content. If the user is unable to locate a desired tag, the user may submit a new tag. Upon submission of the new tag, a librarian approves the tag before storing and placing the tag in the hierarchical tag database. Users are also able to rate the quality of the association between the tag and the multimedia content. If a tag is rated low, the tag may be removed from the hierarchical tag database. If the tag is rated highly, display of the tag in a list of tags becomes more prominent.Type: GrantFiled: October 15, 2019Date of Patent: May 28, 2024Assignee: TiVo Solutions Inc.Inventors: James M. Publication number: 20050072859Abstract: An anti-icing spray assembly includes a base housing having a generally open top and a cavity. The base housing is adapted to be mounted in a roadway. A spray housing is removably secured to the base housing with at least a portion of the spray housing being disposed in the cavity of the base housing. The spray housing defines an interior chamber and is watertight so as to substantially prevent water from entering the interior chamber. The spray housing includes at least one spray outlet adapted to spray an anti-icing agent onto the roadway. At least one valve assembly is disposed in the interior chamber of the spray housing. The valve assembly is operably connected to the at least one spray outlet. The valve assembly is moveable between a closed position and an open position, wherein the valve assembly is adapted to permit the flow of the anti-icing agent through the at least one spray outlet and onto the roadway when moved to the open position.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 6, 2003Publication date: April 7, 2005Inventors: Michael Beach, Jerry Waldman
