  • Patent number: 9399385
Abstract: A rear window assembly includes a glass flange positioned in a window opening. The glass flange includes a body mounting flange mounted to a body of a vehicle. The glass flange has a first mounting pad defining a first mounting area for a window for mounting a first glass variation to the vehicle. The glass flange has a second mounting pad defining a second mounting area for a window for mounting a second glass variation to the vehicle. The second mounting pad is recessed toward an interior of the vehicle. The second glass variation has a slider rail and a slider glass, while the first glass variation is devoid of a slider rail and slider glass. The glass flange selectively receives either the first glass variation or the second glass variation in the window opening.

  • Patent number: 8221099
Abstract: A fluid pump assembly is disclosed for performing in a damp environment. A pump member is provided that drives a quantity of fluid. A pump housing encloses the pump member and includes a breather hole for circulating cooling air around the pump member during operation. A cover is provided that substantially covers the breather hole and defines a tortuous path that enables air to circulate through the breather hole while preventing entry of water thereto.

  • Patent number: 8052802
Abstract: A rear wiper assembly that moves to a parked position located out of contact with the rear windshield upon the occurrence of a specified condition. Upon resuming the normal operation of the rear wiper assembly the rear wiper arm waits a first delay prior to moving to a flip position located on the rear windshield and then waits a second delay prior to resuming its normal oscillation across the rear windshield.

  • Patent number: 6805070
Abstract: A fluid storage container provides a visual display of a fluid level therein. The container has a plurality of capillary tubes attached thereto, correlating to predetermined fluid levels within the container, and which may be visually observed upon inspection of the capillary tubes. Each of the capillary tubes has an inlet at a lower end thereof, and the inlets are located at different vertical levels from one another. When fluid in the container is at a level above an inlet of a given capillary tube, the capillary tube automatically fills with fluid, providing a visual signal of the fluid level.
