  • Publication number: 20240164788
Abstract: A therapeutic device includes a catheter and a temporary vessel occluder. The vessel occluder has a plurality of elastic strands extending in a tubular arrangement from the first end to the second, a primer on the strands, and a polymer filter coating over the primer. The primer is unevenly distributed to the plurality of elastic strands between the plurality of elastic strands. The filter coated is applied over the primer and on the strands. A portion of the polymer coating may be removed.

  • Publication number: 20240131301
Abstract: A vascular treatment device for use in a vessel includes a catheter and a microvalve occluder. The occluder includes braided elastic strands, each with a proximal portion, a central portion, and a distal portion, that are fixed to the outer surface of the catheter. The elastic strands. In an embodiment, the distal portions are attached circumferentially about an outer surface of the catheter at a location toward the distal end of the catheter, the central portions extend proximal and radially outward from the distal end, and the proximal portions of the strands are inverted back radially within the central portions are and coupled circumferentially about the outer surface of the catheter at a location proximally displaced from the distal portions. The proximal portion of the microvalve is coated in a fluid-impermeable membrane, and the distal portions of the strands are substantially uncoated.

  • Publication number: 20240130732
Abstract: A treatment device for use in a vessel includes a catheter and a microvalve. A flexible low friction reconfigurable cover is attached at or adjacent a distal end of the microvalve. The cover is deployed between the occluder and the vessel wall to intervene between the occluder and the vessel wall during movement of the occluder relative to the vessel wall to reduce occurrence of vascular spasm.

  • Publication number: 20230343581
Abstract: The disclosure relates to the inherently selective mixed oxide deposition of a dielectric film on non-metallic substrates without concomitant growth on metallic substrates using a sequence of exposure to metal alkyl, heteroatom silacyclic compound, and water. The resulting films show much higher growth rates than corresponding metal oxide and inherent selectivity towards non-metallic surfaces. Films as thick as 14 nm can be grown on dielectric substrates such as thermal oxide and silicon nitride without any growth observed on metallic films such as copper and without the use of an inhibitor. Such dielectric-on-dielectric (DoD) growth is a critical element of many proposed fabrication schemes for future semiconductor device fabrication such as fully self-aligned vias.

  • Publication number: 20230340660
Abstract: The selective deposition of a metal oxide or dielectric layer on non-metallic substrates without concomitant growth on metallic substrates using cyclic azasilanes, cyclic thiasilanes, or cyclic tellurasilanes to inhibit growth on the metal surface is described. Films over seven nanometers thick can be grown on dielectric substrates, such as thermal silicon dioxide and silicon, without any growth observed on metallic areas such as copper. Such dielectric-on-dielectric (DoD) growth is a critical element of many proposed fabrication schemes for future semiconductor device fabrication such as fully self-aligned vias.

  • Publication number: 20220083843
Abstract: An apparatus is provided to access a weight vector of a layer in a sequence of layers in the DNN. The weight vector includes a first sequence of weights having different values. A bitmap is generated based on the weight vector. The bitmap includes a second sequence of bitmap elements. Each bitmap element corresponds to a different weight and has a value determined based at least on the value of the corresponding weight. The index of each bitmap element in the second sequence matches the index of the corresponding weight in the first sequence. A new bitmap is generated by rearranging the bitmap elements in the second sequence based on the values of the bitmap elements. The weight vector is rearranged based on the new bitmap. The rearranged weight vector is divided into subsets, each of which is assigned to a different PE for a MAC operation.
