  • Publication number: 20240127931
Abstract: A surgery visualization system is described herein. The surgery visualization system includes a display monitor positioned in view of a surgeon and a support arm system including a first support arm and a second support arm. The first and second support arms are orientated such that the display monitor is visible to the surgeon between the first and second support arms. A 3D digital viewport coupled to the first support arm. A 3D digital microscope coupled to the second support arm. A computer system including a processor programmed to receive and process images from the 3D digital microscope and display the processed images on the 3D digital viewport and the display monitor.

  • Patent number: 11956414
Abstract: A wearable image manipulation system comprising a camera input system, an image projection system, where the image projection system is capable of being worn by a user, and a processor in communication with the camera input system and the image projection system such that the processor is capable of receiving an image from the camera input system, modifying the image to produce a modified image, and displaying the modified image on the image projection system. The camera input system may comprise a contact lens with a camera mounted thereon. Additionally or alternately, the system may be capable of tracking a user's eye movement to accurately capture where the user is looking with the camera input system.

  • Publication number: 20160172866
Abstract: A power device including a power circuit assembly, a first plug assembly, and a second plug assembly is described herein. The first plug assembly is coupled to the power circuit assembly for transmitting power from a power source to the power circuit assembly at a first voltage. The second plug assembly is coupled to the power circuit assembly for controllably transmitting power from the power source to the power circuit assembly at a second voltage and at a third voltage.

  • Publication number: 20160156277
Abstract: An energy efficient apparatus includes a switching device, a frequency dependent reactive device, and a control element is provided. The switching device is coupled to a source of electrical power and includes a pair of transistors and is adapted to receive a control signal and to produce an alternating current power signal. The frequency of the alternating current power signal is responsive to the control signal. The frequency dependent reactive device is electrically coupled to the pair of transistors for receiving the alternating current power signal and producing an output power signal. The frequency dependent reactive device is chosen to achieve a desired voltage of the output power signal relative to the frequency of the alternating current power signal. The control element senses an actual voltage of the direct current power signal and modifies the control signal delivered to achieve the desired voltage of the direct current power signal.

  • Patent number: 7667467
Abstract: An antenna and its associated components are consolidated in a small measurement box, and multiple tests are competed simultaneously, with a single vector network analyzer. This can be done by treating the “Far Field” measurements (typically measured on antenna/RCS ranges) as another port of a larger passive network. After characterization of one ideal “gold” unit (or a sample set of “gold” units), the S-parameters of subsequent units are measured in the same passive test box environment. The results of these subsequent tests are compared to the results of the “gold unit's” test, and if they are repeated to within some tolerance, electrical similarity can be proven.
