  • Patent number: 11948178
Abstract: Systems and techniques may be used for identifying a product from a uniform resource locator (URL) of a website. A technique may include receiving the URL based on a user interaction with the website, the user interaction triggering an event on the website. In an example, the technique includes comparing the URL to a database of stored URLs. The technique may include determining a portion of the URL, comparing, for example using a regular expression, the portion of the URL to entries in a specified product name column of the database, and identifying a product in the specified product name column corresponding to the portion of the URL based on comparing the portion of the URL. The technique may include outputting an indication of the product.

  • Publication number: 20240037575
Abstract: Systems and techniques may be used for providing product exposure metrics. For example, a technique may include extracting a set of uniform resource locator (URLs) corresponding to products from a webpage, and identifying the products by comparing the set of URLs to a product catalogue. The technique may include determining, from the identified products, a set of products that were displayed on a user interface of the user device. An insight may be provided related to at least one product of the set of products that were displayed.

  • Publication number: 20230351438
Abstract: Systems and techniques may be used for providing an insight corresponding to a zone on a website. For example, a technique may include using interaction information (e.g., pageviews or clicks on the website) to determine a set of sessions where a click on a zone of the website occurred. The technique may include calculating, using the set of sessions corresponding to the zone and purchase information (e.g., corresponding to products on the website), a product conversion rate for a product displayed in the at least one zone. The product conversion rate may correspond to a rate of purchases of the product per among users who clicked on the product in the at least one zone. The technique may include outputting the product conversion rate for display.

  • Publication number: 20230325456
Abstract: Systems and techniques may be used for determining insights related to hidden products on a website. For example, a technique may include receiving code corresponding to a website, and identifying products in the website. The technique may include determining a first set of products initially displayed and a second set of products initially hidden on the website among the products. The technique may include outputting an insight for at least one of the second set of products.

  • Publication number: 20230214854
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure involve a system comprising a computer-readable storage medium storing a program and method for presenting cross-sell products. The program and method provide for receiving indication of a user selection to display cross sell data for at least one product made available for purchase by a website; determining a set of cross-sell products for the at least one product, each cross-sell product in the set of cross-sell products having been previously sold together with the at least one product in association with website; determining, for each cross-sell product in the set of cross-sell products, a set of metrics that relate the cross-sell product to the at least one product, and causing, for each cross-sell product in the set of cross-sell products, display of the respective set of metrics that relate the cross-sell product to the at least one product.

  • Publication number: 20230214864
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure involve a system comprising a computer-readable storage medium storing a program and method to present missed revenue based on competitor data. The program and method provide for receiving indication of a user request to present missed revenue for at least one product made available for purchase by a website; determining a set of competitor products for the at least one product, each competitor product in the set of competitor products having a competitor product price; identifying, based on the determining, a first competitor product within the set of competitor products with a lowest competitor product price; calculating a missed revenue for the at least one product based at least in part on a difference between the product price and the lowest competitor product price for a given time period; and causing display of the missed revenue in association with the at least one product.

  • Publication number: 20230196387
Abstract: Systems and techniques may be used for product variant analysis. For example, a technique may include receiving pageview counts of specific variants of a product and identifying purchase information corresponding to each of the specific variants of the product. The technique may include aggregating the pageview counts and the purchase information of the specific variants. The technique may include determining an overall conversion rate for the product using the aggregated pageview counts and the aggregated purchase information, and outputting an insight for the product based on the overall conversion rate.

  • Publication number: 20230196251
Abstract: Systems and techniques may be used for providing a conversion loss insight. An example technique may include collecting pageviews for a plurality of users at a website, identifying an out of stock item that appeared in a subset of the pageviews during a time period, and retrieving a unit price of the out of stock item and a conversion rate corresponding to the out of stock item during the time period. The technique may include determining a loss indicator corresponding to lost revenue due to the out of stock item based on the subset of the pageviews, the unit price, and the conversion rate. The loss indicator may be output.
