    Abstract: A connector assembly may include a body and a fluid fitting, the fluid fitting configured for releasably engaging a syringe nozzle, at least one deflectable locking arm connected to the body and radially deflectable relative to the distal end, the proximal end of the at least one deflectable locking arm configured for deflecting in a radial direction relative to the distal end to releasably engage the syringe nozzle, and at least one locking element disposed on the at least one deflectable locking arm, the at least one locking element movable with movement of the at least one deflectable locking arm between a first position where the at least one locking element is released from an engagement portion of the syringe nozzle and a second position where the at least one locking element is engaged with the engagement portion of the syringe nozzle.
