  • Patent number: 10856136
Abstract: A wireless device identification system including one or more sensors each having at least one software defined radio to receive signals transmitted between one or more wireless devices and a mobile wireless device, one or more processors, and one or more memory devices. The one or more memory devices having stored thereon instructions that when executed by the one or more processors cause the one or more processors to capture cellular information, Wi-Fi information, Bluetooth information, and local network information from the received signals. The instructions can include correlating the captured information to the mobile wireless device by creating a weighted edge relationship graph having a plurality of nodes, including a node corresponding to each of the cellular information, the Wi-Fi information, the Bluetooth information, and the local network information, and determining an association strength between each node of the relationship graph.

  • Patent number: 10828714
Abstract: An arc welder with current and voltage control. The welder includes a current control loop for sensing and controlling the arc current. In an operating state, a voltage control loop senses an average arc voltage and controls it to be equal to a setpoint, by sending a current control signal to the current control loop, the current control signal being a constant frequency, variable duty cycle square wave. When starting a weld, the welder operates for an initial time interval in an arc-starting state, in which a constant frequency, constant duty cycle square wave is sent to the current control loop as a current control signal. In some embodiments the weld head position is controlled based on a ratio of the average arc voltage to the average arc current, and the frequency of the current control signal is adjusted to be synchronized with droplet detachment from the feed wire.

  • Patent number: 10825668
Abstract: One or more known compounds of a sample are ionized using an ion source, producing an ion beam of precursor ions. A tandem mass spectrometer receives the ion beam from the ion source, selects one or more precursor ions from the ion beam using a precursor ion mass selection window, fragments precursor ions within the precursor ion mass selection window, and mass analyzes the resulting product ions, producing an unknown product ion mass spectrum. A library product ion mass spectrum for a known compound is retrieved from a memory. Each peak of the unknown spectrum is analyzed for a potential non-halogen isotopic peak using a processor, and if a potential non-halogen isotopic peak is found, it is removed if it does not have a corresponding peak in the library spectrum.

  • Patent number: 10750009
Abstract: Embodiments include a system, method, and computer program product that authenticates a caller using calling party information. In an embodiment, an authentication device receives the call request and associated calling party information that includes a calling party number. The authentication device retrieves parameters associated with the calling party number, where a retrieved parameter is a number of accounts linked to the calling party number. The authentication device determines whether the number of accounts is between one and a threshold value, inclusive, and verifies that the call request originates from a location or a device associated with the calling party number. Based on the verifying and determining, the authentication device generates an authentication result that indicates whether the calling party number is authenticated.

  • Patent number: 10464498
Abstract: Bow carriers for use with ATVs and to related methods and systems. In a first illustrative embodiment, a carrier is formed as a box having generally planar front and back sides. At an upper end, the carrier may have an open top and taper to a narrower bottom. The box may be lined with a cushioning material, such as a compressible foam, on either long side with relatively limited space therebetween. The cushioning material may be covered with a suitable textile. The exterior of the box may include hooks and straps or other suitable hardware for attachment to an ATV cargo rack. The open top may be covered by a lid or retractable flap. For use, a bow may be placed in the carrier, into the space between the oppositely mounted cushioning lining. The lining may then be partially compressed to retain the bow securely and safely therein.

  • Patent number: 10446376
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for compound identification using multiple spectra that are a function of a variable instrument parameter that affects the intensity of fragment ions. A plurality of acquired fragment ion spectra that are a function of a variable instrument parameter for at least one ion are received from a mass spectrometer using a processor. The at least one ion is identified by comparing rates of change of mass intensity, with respect to the variable instrument parameter, for acquired and known fragment ions using the processor. Specifically, one or more acquired rates of change calculated for acquired fragment ions from the plurality of acquired fragment ion spectra are compared with one or more known rates of change calculated for one or more stored fragment ions of one or more known compounds in a database of known compounds.

  • Publication number: 20190303759
Abstract: In various examples, physical sensor data may be generated by a vehicle in a real-world environment. The physical sensor data may be used to train deep neural networks (DNNs). The DNNs may then be tested in a simulated environment—in some examples using hardware configured for installation in a vehicle to execute an autonomous driving software stack—to control a virtual vehicle in the simulated environment or to otherwise test, verify, or validate the outputs of the DNNs. Prior to use by the DNNs, virtual sensor data generated by virtual sensors within the simulated environment may be encoded to a format consistent with the format of the physical sensor data generated by the vehicle.
