    Abstract: Techniques for modifying a mask fabrication process based the identification of an abnormality in a pattern of a fabricated lithography mask are disclosed including comparing a fabricated lithography mask to a lithography mask design where the fabricated lithography mask is fabricated based at least in part on the lithography mask design using a mask fabrication process. An abnormality in a pattern of the fabricated lithography mask relative to a corresponding one of the plurality of patterns in the lithography mask design is identified based at least in part on the comparison of the fabricated lithography mask to the lithography mask design. A calibrated mask model is generated based at least in part on the identified abnormality in the pattern of the fabricated lithography mask and the mask fabrication process is modified based at least in part on the calibrated mask model.

The first loop and the third loop are bonded directly to a surface of a tooth with a resin composite. This avoids the need for attaching a mesh to the tooth.

    Abstract: An automatic mirror adjustment mechanism includes a side rear view mirror mounted on a drivable vehicle. The drivable vehicle has a trailer pivotally mounted thereto. A sensor is mounted on the drivable vehicle, wherein the sensor is configured to determine the distance between the drivable vehicle and the trailer. A control mechanism adjusts the position of the rear view mirror based on the change in distance between the drivable vehicle and the trailer.

    Abstract: The first and second example embodiments are Pattern Fidelity Optimization Procedures for a Multiple Exposure Scheme. In the third example embodiment, the aperatures from the multiple exposure system can be combined into a single aperture by adding the apertures and modulating the relative transmission thru the respective apertures to match the prescribed dose split determined in above in the first embodiment.
