  • Publication number: 20240168384
Abstract: In certain embodiments, a method includes forming, by photolithography on a semiconductor wafer, first patterned features (PFs) including first photoresist structures (PRSs) having a first width and first recesses having a second width less than the first width and greater than a target width; forming, via anti-spacer patterning processing, second PFs including second PRSs having a third width less than the first width, first overcoat structures (OCSs) of the second width interspersed between second PRSs, and second recesses having a fourth width less than the target width; and forming, via acid diffusion processing, third PFs including third PRSs having a fifth width, second OCSs of the target width interspersed between third PRSs, and third recesses defined by third PRSs and second OCSs and having a sixth width greater than the fourth width, portions of first OCSs having been selectively removed using the acid diffusion processing to form second OCSs.

  • Patent number: 11918517
Abstract: A cover system for selectively blocking insertion of unauthorized objects through an aperture of a restraint mount of a patient support apparatus is provided. The cover system includes a cover and an instrument having an interface. The cover includes a brace and a restrictor coupled to the brace. The brace attaches to the patient support apparatus adjacent to the aperture and the restrictor operates in a restrict mode blocks access to the aperture and a permit mode where the restrictor permits access to the aperture. The cover also includes a lock mechanism, which includes a keeper movable between a locked state where movement of the restrictor is inhibited and an unlocked state where movement of the restrictor is permitted. The keeper moves from the locked state to the unlocked state in response to selective engagement between the interface of the instrument and a receiver of the lock mechanism.

  • Publication number: 20160241617
Abstract: Streaming media is provided over a network using a non-streaming-specific transfer protocol, in which a media stream is stored on a server as multiple individual media files, and a playlist is provided indicating which media files are required for output of a specific part of the media stream; wherein multiple different playlists are provided to respective different media streaming clients, in response to requests relating to corresponding different parts of the media stream. A user interface is provided on the client device, in which an interactive media event is displayed including streaming media, and secondary media content.

  • Patent number: 4068305
Abstract: A fully parallel, distributed logic associative processor, comprising a content-addressable memory having computational logic associated with each memory cell. The cells are arranged in a rectangular array, and logical operations may be performed between adjacent cells, or between the data being input to the machine, and the contents of a chosen word, or chosen words. The type of logical operation may be chosen from the complete set of two-variable functions plus the single variable functions "transfer" and "invert". Several of the two-variable functions may be obtained by combining other two-variable functions with "invert". In some cases, single gates may perform both multiplexing and logical functions, or logical and storage functions. Each store word is equipped with a response unit. This may be set during a match operation if a word matches the input word. During a match operation, all store words are searched simultaneously.
