Abstract: A system and method for providing virtual and distance education using hands-on exercises, and more specifically, to a system and method for providing remote virtual training and skill demonstration evaluation are disclosed. The system includes an instructor computing system and one or more student computing systems. The instructor computing system include a course material processor for generating course material for presentation to student computing systems, an instructor document transmitter/receiver for exchanging educational documents with each of one or more student computing systems, an instructor camera coupled to a camera interface for capturing a live video stream transmitted to each of the one or more student computing systems for viewing presentations and course material, and an instructor message processor for exchanging live and interactive messages with each of the one or more student computing systems.

Abstract: A plastic trash bag, which may be reusable or disposable, has a zipper that requires a multi-direction opening/closing motion. The opening/closing direction of the zipper is reversed along the zipper track by an obtuse angle (90°-180°. Since the zipper closure has an obtuse reverse bend, the opening of the sealed bag requires a degree of dexterity beyond that of an animal attempting to tear the bag open.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to a system and method for offloading selected data to an alternate communication network. The offloading provides another route for selected packet traffic that can relieve the burden on a mobile operator's network, such as the backhaul and core networks. As the proliferation of data rich content and increasingly more capable mobile devices has continued, the amount of data communicated over mobile operator's networks has exponentially increased. Upgrading the existing network that was designed for voice calls is not desirable or practical for many mobile operators. A offload gateway is provided that inspects packets and determines those packets to offload to an alternate network as well as providing mobility management to allow for seamless handoffs and gateway relocations.
