  • Patent number: 11951497
Abstract: A method of assembling a trigger sprayer assembly includes providing an engine having a piston chamber and a fluid passage that is fluidly coupled to the piston chamber, the fluid passage extending from an input portion to an output portion. The method further includes inserting a piston component into the piston chamber, and coupling a trigger lever to the engine and the piston component. Pivoting the trigger lever relative to the engine pushes and pulls the piston component within the piston chamber to drive fluid from the input portion to the output portion of the fluid passage. The method further includes coupling a shroud to the engine, where the coupling comprises positioning a rail protrusion of the engine within a corresponding recess formed in the shroud, and inserting a shelf extending from an interior surface of the shroud into a pair of receiving clips extending from the engine.

Abstract: A temperature-controlled showerhead assembly includes a stem with cooling gas passageways and at least one process gas delivery passageway, and a back plate thermally coupled to the stem. The showerhead also includes a face plate attached to the back plate and a convective heat transfer element (CHTE) thermally coupled to the back plate. The CHTE includes a sealing cup which isolates the CHTE heat transfer structures from the process environment. The CHTE includes an internal plenum including an inlet path for receiving a flow of cooling gas via at least a first one of the plurality of cooling gas passageways, and an outlet path for removing the flow of cooling gas from the CHTE via at least a second one of the plurality of cooling gas passageways. • Publication number: 20050114235
Abstract: Methods of demand and order-based inventory management of a customer facility in a vender managed inventory environment. The methods include receiving and entering a customer purchase order for a product. The order is scheduled and materials are requesting to complete the order. Next, the product is manufactured and shipped to the customer facility. Customer inventory levels are monitored by a vendor to determine if the customer inventory is below a threshold value. If the customer inventory is below the threshold value, a request is sent by the vendor to the customer facility for the issuance of a customer purchase order for additional units of the product to maintain the customer inventory above the threshold level.

  • Patent number: 6143658
Abstract: The present invention is directed to a device that has wires on at least two levels. The wires are either copper or a metal containing copper. At lease one via plug formed of copper or a metal containing copper is formed which electrically connects at least one wire on the first level with at least one wire on the second level. The device is fabricated under conditions that remove oxides and other metal that form on the exposed surface of the first level of metal during processing prior to the via plug being formed. The resulting interconnect between the first level of metal and the via plus is substantially non-oxidized copper or copper-containing metal.

  • Patent number: 4092605
Abstract: A circuit for simulating environmental dependent phase shifts in a pulse train includes circuitry for generating a reference pulse train and two cascade connected phase modulators for producing a phase shifted pulse train wherein the phase relationship between corresponding pulses of the phase shifted pulse train and the reference pulse train varies in accordance with a predetermined variable phase shift. Circuitry is further included for selectively applying the phase shifted pulse train to utilization equipment when pulses of the phase shifted pulse trains have a first predetermined phase relationship to pulses of the reference pulse train and for selectively applying pulses of the reference pulse train to the utilization equipment when pulses of the phase shifted pulse train have a second predetermined phase relationship to pulses of the reference train.Cumulative phase shifts of greater than 360.degree. may be obtained.
