  • Publication number: 20230142063
Abstract: A high power-density power converter (500) employs a liquid cooling system (200) to cool its transformers (120). In an embodiment, the coils (135) of a transformer (100) are embedded in a heat-conducting solid (epoxy or resin). The resin-embedded coils (135) are in physical/thermal contact with cold plates (160), which are sandwiched between the coils (135) and/or in contact with exterior surfaces of the coils (135). The cold plates (160) may additionally or alternatively be in physical/thermal contact with the transformer core (145). Coolant fluid is pumped through the cold plates (160). In another embodiment, the transformer is (120) is immersed in a coolant fluid (740), such as oil, within a heat management enclosure (710). Cold plates (160) are in physical/thermal contact with the enclosure (710). Coolant liquid (240) pumped through the cold plates (160) conducts heat away from the oil-enclosed transformer (700).

  • Patent number: 9372671
Abstract: System, method and computer program product for modeling and code generation for SQL-based data transformations. A selection, by a user, of a component to include in a visual representation of a data transformation model (DTM) is received. Logic corresponding to the selected component is arranged in the DTM, wherein the selected component and the logic are compatible with a plurality of implementations of SQL. SQL code corresponding to the logic is generated, wherein the generated SQL code is specific to a selected one of the plurality of SQL implementations. Responsive to the selection, the generated SQL code is provided for rendering in association with the visual representation of the DTM including the selected component.

  • Publication number: 20070044069
Abstract: A development system with methodology providing optimized message parsing and handling is described. In one embodiment, for example, a computer-implemented method is described for improved processing of certain types of messages, the method comprises steps of: loading metadata at design time, the metadata characterizing a particular message type; based on the metadata, automatically generating source code for creating runtime components highly optimized for the particular message type; compiling the source code into the runtime components, for deployment in a runtime environment; and at runtime, processing messages of the particular message type with the runtime components, so that messages are processed in a manner that is highly optimized for the particular message type.
