  • Patent number: 11969249
Abstract: Disclosed systems, methods, and products include a self-contained electroencephalogram (EEG) recording patch including a first electrode, a second electrode and where the first and second electrodes cooperate to measure a skin-electrode signal, a substrate containing circuitry for generating an EEG signal there-from, amplifying the EEG signal, digitizing the EEG signal, and retrievably storing the EGG signal in a programmatic fashion. The patch also comprises a power source and an enclosure that houses the substrate, the power source, and the first and second electrodes in a unitary package.

  • Publication number: 20240135402
Abstract: A method can include establishing, by a computing system, a secure electronic network connection to an electronic agent running configured to access the dataset to dynamically generate the metadata related to the dataset on a client computing system. A method can include receiving, by the computing system, from the electronic agent via the secure electronic network connection, metadata related to a dataset, the metadata comprising a plurality of attributes of the dataset and a summary of the dataset. A method can include applying a valuation model to the metadata to determine an estimated value of the dataset, the valuation model comprising a machine learning model trained using marketplace data comprising sales prices and attributes of one or more datasets, wherein the model is trained to output the sales prices of the one or more datasets. A method can include determining, an estimated value of the dataset.

  • Publication number: 20090057316
Abstract: An electrical enclosure includes an electrical box and a cover mounted onto the electrical box. A 3/8-7 lag bolt extends through the cover and engages a coil nut for securing the cover to the electrical box or underground enclosure. The coil nut includes a body having two ends with an aperture therebetween. The aperture has a continuous internal thread formed between the first and second ends. The size of the continuous internal thread is seven individual threads per inch such that the distance, or pitch, between first and second centers of first and second threads, respectively is 0.143 inches. The pitch and the diameter determine the seven threads per inch size of the continuous thread by accounting for the minor diameter and the major diameter of the nut.

  • Patent number: 5828569
Abstract: A method and apparatus for maintaining network connections across a voluntary takeover involving the use of dual processors in an protocol process node running a protocol process application as an intermediary to server and client applications. The protocol process node's primary processor checkpoints data to a backup processor. The data relates to the creation of a network connection between the server and client. Using the checkpointed data, the backup processor can assume the responsibilities of the primary processor in the event of a voluntary takeover of the primary processor.

  • Patent number: 4813422
Abstract: A bowel control probe apparatus and method for sensing and preventing incontinent episodes. The probe comprises a catheter with an infrared (I.R.) sensor tip for sensing fecal mass in the rectum and a cuff which is inflated with air to prevent passage of the fecal mass. The method of sensing and preventing incontinent episodes includes the steps of: inserting the probe in the rectum, inflating the cuff, transmitting I.R. light into the rectum, monitoring the reflectance of I.R. light and generating an alarm signal when a predetermined amount of reflected I.R. light is measured.
