  • Patent number: 11995609
Abstract: In one embodiment, a processing device receives a first digital fingerprint of a media item along with a first content management rule. The processing device separately receives a second digital fingerprint of the media item along with a second content management rule. The processing device determines that the received digital fingerprints are for the same media item based upon a match between the first digital fingerprint and the second digital fingerprint. The processing device determines that all rights to the media item have been accounted for, and then determines a set of actions to be performed for hosted media items comprising the media item based at least in part upon the first content management rule and the second content management rule. Processing logic may also perform a conflict resolution process for conflicting rights claims to the media item.

  • Publication number: 20240124686
Abstract: A method for preparing diresorcinol sulfide includes reacting sulfur with resorcinol, wherein the sulfur is S8. Another method for preparing diresorcinol sulfide includes reacting sulfur with resorcinol, in the presence of an alkali or acidic catalyst. A further method for preparing diresorcinol sulfide includes reacting sulfur with resorcinol, at a temperature of from about 150° C. to about 200° C. to form a reaction mixture, wherein the sulfur is S8; and heating the reaction mixture to a temperature of from about 205° C. to 250° C. A particular method for preparing diresorcinol sulfide includes reacting S8 with resorcinol, in the presence of an alkali or acidic catalyst, at a temperature of from about 150° C. to about 200° C. to form a reaction mixture; and heating the reaction mixture to a temperature of from about 205° C. to 250° C.

  • Patent number: 10361407
Abstract: An electrical energy storage device has electrodes positioned in a case. A feedthrough pin extends through a portion of the case. A sealant surrounds the feedthrough pin and contacts a component of the device. A seal activator is received in the sealant such that the pressure that the sealant applies to the component increases above the level of pressure that the sealant applies to the component before the sealant activator is received in the sealant. In some instances, the component is the feedthrough pin.

  • Patent number: 7807285
Abstract: An energy storage device, such as an electrical storage battery, having a unique terminal structure and sealing arrangement. The battery generally includes a case in which an electrode assembly is disposed, and a cover provided with a fill hole and fill plug, and a terminal structure that forms a battery terminal. Both the positive and negative electrode tabs are compressed by a fastener that seals the battery and forms a battery terminal. The battery case can be positive, negative, or neutral.
