    Abstract: An opposing force wrist brace is provided that immobilizes the wrist while permitting full use of the fingers and hand. The brace is preferably a two component brace with a top and bottom member positioned and held in place on the wrist by a suitable clamping means such as a hook and loop cinching strap. The top and bottom members are specially shaped and made of a suitable material such as injection molded or heat formed pliable thermoplastic. The top and bottom members are preferably transparent to allow observation of pressure points when the device is cinched in place.

The brace includes a preformed abdominal support member and a preformed lumbar support member having an ideal lumbar shape with a dome, the support members each joined by two belts. The belts are positioned though slots on each member and are used to select the biasing force need for each user. The device further includes rounded corners with indented edges and surface vents on each support; member for the user's comfort during sporting events or strenuous activity.

    Abstract: An article of jewelry, namely a bracelet having a band containing plurality of individualized transparent compartments with removable transparent windows for displaying on the wrist numerous pictures, photographs, or other decorative or useful items. Further, the windows of the compartments are easily interchangeable and may be transparent, flat, convex for magnification, or some other suitable design. The invention constitutes a multipurpose and easily customized bracelet. Also the inner wall of the band is transparent to permit display of photographs or pictures back-to-back on both sides of the bracelet.

    Abstract: A composition for use in formulating detergents containing water, a neutral salt thixotrope and a water-soluble salt of an ether sulfate having the formula[R-A.sub.n O-SO.sub.3 ].sub.x Mwherein R is a hydrocarbon group containing from about 4 to about 30 carbon atoms, A is an oxyalkylene group selected from the group consisting of oxyethylene, oxypropylene, oxybutylene, oxytetramethylene and heteric and block mixtures thereof, n is an integer from 1 to 8 and M is a cation of a water-soluble salt, and wherein at least about 85% by weight of said ether sulfate has a number average oxyalkylene number of p-2 to p+3, wherein p represents the number of oxyalkylene groups of the most prevalent oxyalkylate species, and x is 1 or 2 depending on the valence of M.
