    Abstract: A vent plug for a mold having a head, neck and collar where the collar seats the plug in a bore in the mold, and the head forms an annulus with the bore for passage of air to the neck and past the collar to a cross vent and drilled hole providing a labyrinth to vent the mold. The bore may be counterbored to receive the head.
