  • Publication number: 20140046474
Abstract: A waferstart process for integrated circuit fabrication includes entering order information from requested wafers into a computer through a data input interface of the computer. A container is provided including supplied wafers and having a machine-readable medium associated therewith. The machine-readable medium is encoded with wafer data pertaining to the supplied wafers. The wafer data is entered from the machine-readable medium associated with the container into the computer. The order information and the wafer data are compared within the computer to create a verified data set in the computer upon the computer determining that the supplied wafers in the container correspond to the requested wafers in the order information. The verified data set is stored in a storage medium within the computer. The supplied wafers are transferred from the container to a front opening unified pod after creating the verified data set.

  • Publication number: 20110275045
Abstract: Methods and system for providing a video overlay sports motion analysis. An embodiment method comprises receiving files containing video frames recording a professional athlete's performance of a motion and video frames of a student's performance of the motion. A stick figure representation of the professional athlete's motion is provided as a video sequence, and the video sequence is aligned to, and overlaid with, outlines of the student athlete. A playable video file providing a visual comparison between the student athlete's motion and the motion of the professional is created and delivered. Differences between the two motions are ascertained. A representation of the student performing the motion correctly is created and stored to enable playback; enabling the student to mentally visualize himself/herself performing the correct motion. • Patent number: 7275586
Abstract: The invention relates to a heating or air-conditioning system for a motor vehicle, by which individual zones of the vehicle interior can be supplied with separately temperature-controlled air. An improved heating or air-conditioning system, which requires just a small amount of installation space, feeds differently temperature-controlled air to a plurality of air-conditioning zones. Despite the small amount of installation space, optimum mixing of cold air and warm air takes place in the heating or air-conditioning system, with the result that the air emerging from air-outlet openings in a respective air-conditioning zone have a constant temperature over the outlet cross section.
