  • Patent number: 11970313
Abstract: An insulating container having a base and a lid is provided. The lid may be rotatable about a hinge from a closed configuration to an open configuration and may be secured, via one or more latching devices, in the closed configuration. In some examples, the insulating container further includes a pull handle assembly with a telescopic three-stage arm configuration defined by a stowed configuration, a partially extended configuration, and a fully extended configuration. In other examples, the insulating container further includes a wheel assembly with a pair of wheels mounted with one or two axles, and further including a wheel grommet for absorbing shock and cushioning the axle. In still other examples, the insulating container further includes a drain plug assembly on the rear sidewall adjacent to the bottom portion of the base, the drain plug assembly comprising a main tube that cooperatively engages with an outer tube with a plurality of ratchet teeth that engage one or more ratchet keys on the main tube.

  • Publication number: 20240128048
Abstract: A method for operating a multi-beam particle microscope which operates using a plurality of individual charged particle beams, wherein the method includes the following steps: measuring the beam current; determining a deviation of the measured beam current from a nominal beam current; decomposing the determined deviation into a drift component and into a high-frequency component; and controlling the high-frequency component of the beam current via a first closed-loop beam current control mechanism and/or compensating an effect of the high-frequency component on a recording quality of the multi-beam particle microscope using different mechanism than a closed-loop beam current control mechanism. An electrostatic control lens arranged in the beam generating system between extractor and anode can be used as first closed-loop beam current control mechanism. Adapting an extractor voltage of the beam generating system can be avoided.

  • Patent number: 11015670
Abstract: A vibration damper may include a damper tube and a damper piston disposed in the damper tube so as to be reciprocatingly movable. The damper tube may be connected to a piston rod extending out of the damper tube, and the damper piston may movably separate a first oil-filled damper chamber on a piston rod side from a second oil-filled damper chamber remote from the piston rod. A bottom element at one end of the damper tube seals the end of the damper tube. The bottom element may protrude into the end of the damper tube and thereby reduce oil volume of the second damper chamber.
