  • Patent number: 11639756
Abstract: A molded one-piece stub out and rough-in plumbing valve cylinder including a front cylindrical face having a front inner off-set cavity disposed therein, which extends to an inner wall member forming an integral conduit member that extends into an inner cylindrical rear cavity extending from an inner cylindrical rear wall surface on an opposite side of the front cylindrical face to an open ended mounting plate. The integral conduit member extends through the inner cylindrical rear cavity to a selective distance beyond the open end of the mounting plate. A plurality of support members disposed on the integral conduit member along a portion thereon and along portion of the inner cylindrical rear cavity for supporting the integral conduit member therein. Also, the integral conduit member includes a self-leveling member to level the mounting plate upon attachment to vertical or horizontal wall framed stud members.

  • Patent number: 8616229
Abstract: A new and improved water stop valve assembly includes a water stop valve device having an inlet, an outlet, and a valve handle for actuating the water stop valve device between open and closed positions for controlling fluid flow between the inlet and outlet. A rough-in sleeve member having a front face with an off-set opening for slidably receiving and securing it about a portion of the water stop valve device inlet defining a single valve unit to be installed during a rough-in stage of new and remodeling building construction. The water stop valve device having a remaining portion disposed exteriorly of the front face and always within an outer circumference of the rough-in sleeve member to allow a vanity or cabinet and drywall structure to slide over the entire valve unit and always supported and retained about the rough-in sleeve member by a trim ring.

Abstract: A new and improved water stop valve assembly includes a water stop valve device having an inlet, an outlet, and a valve handle device for actuating the water stop valve device between open and closed positions for controlling fluid flow between the inlet that is attached to a water distribution system and the outlet attached to a water fixture. A substantially cylindrical rough-in sleeve member having an off-set opening for slidably receiving and securing it about at least a portion of the water stop valve device to define a single water stop valving unit to be installed during a rough-in stage of new and remodeling building construction. The off-set opening is dimensioned and positioned such that the water stop valving unit is always within an outer circumference of the rough-in sleeve.

  • Patent number: 6913245
Abstract: An in-line water shut-off valve is provided including a tailpipe which is attached to a main water line in order to form a “T” or 90° “L” which protrudes from the wall of the building and upon which is attached a cap which is threadably and rotatably attached and includes a plug therein so that upon rotation into a closed position, the plug will block the through flow bore of the tailpipe. After the installation of fixtures, the water supply line of the fixture may be threadingly attached to an outlet of the cap and the cap rotated 180 degrees to open the valve in order to allow for the flow of water; without the need of cutting off and replacing caps, soldering additional caps or valves or turning off the main water supply.
