  • Patent number: 7925030
Abstract: A method and ASIC for canceling crosstalk between a first stereo channel and a second stereo channel, wherein a first signal is input to a first output amplifier for the first channel, and a second signal is input to a second output amplifier for the second channel, and an output load for each output amplifier is connected between each output amplifier and a reference amplifier. In one embodiment, the first and second signals are split prior to inputting the signals to the first and second output amplifiers, and a gain-adjusted portion of each signal is added to the other signal on the inputs of the output amplifiers. In another embodiment, the first and second input signals are again split into two paths each. While a first path of each signal is inputted to each signal's respective output amplifier, the second paths of the first and second signals are adding together. The resulting sum is adjusted by a gain function, biased by a suitable DC voltage, and input to the reference amplifier.

  • Patent number: 6612509
Abstract: The present invention relates to a nozzle intended for the application of fluid materials, which at a front end thereof has an aperture opening into a slot. A central portion of the slot is functioning to release most of the material straight ahead. Furthermore, the slot has side portions functioning to release material in sideway directions. In a preferred embodiment, the front end is shaped like a truncated cone with a flat top, in which the slot is formed. The slot is thus divided into three straight portions with the central portion in the flat top and the angle of the side portions defined by the top angle of said cone. Under certain conditions, the jets of material released from the various portions are held together by a surface tension. As most of the material is released from the central portion, the jets from the angled side portions will be deflected towards the center jet, resulting in a jet with a relatively even width, and a resultant coating being thickest in the middle.

  • Publication number: 20020014201
Abstract: The invention relates to a device and a method for spray extrusion, more particularly for application of a surface coating “under-up” onto car bodies. The surface coating may be a PVC abrasion protection material, a joint sealant or the like, and is generally a low-viscosity material. The invention comprises a source of coating material connected to a nozzle for spraying the material onto an object. According to the invention, the nozzle has a discharge aperture in the form of a pattern of holes (5), preferably a row of holes. Through this reduction of the discharge area, a raised pressure is created in the nozzle, causing the material to be sprayed out of the nozzle onto the object at a relatively high discharge velocity. The invention allows a higher pressure and a simpler and more reliable coating method.
