  • Patent number: 11980125
Abstract: Systems and apparatuses for detecting an amount of steering articulation of a steering system are disclosed. The systems and apparatuses may be applied to steering systems of agricultural header transport systems. The systems and apparatuses may include a first component moveable with a first steering component and a second component that is movable with a second steering component. The first component and the second component may interact to generate a notification that a selected amount of steering articulation has occurred or is about to occur. The notification may be provided to an operator, such as in the form of a visual, audible, or haptic output.

  • Patent number: 11948216
Abstract: User activity including both athletic activity (e.g., running, walking, etc.) and non-athletic activity (shopping, reading articles, etc.) may be monitored and tracked by an athletic monitoring and tracking device and service. The user activity may be used to award a user with an amount of virtual currency to encourage the user to continue various activities. In one example, users may use the virtual currency to purchase or otherwise acquire various products, services, discounts and the like. A user may track an amount currency earned and/or needed relative to an amount required to acquire a desired product or service. Additionally or alternatively, a visual appearance of a user device (e.g., a watch or athletic activity band) may change based on the user's activity level, an amount of virtual currency earned and the like.

  • Patent number: 11938326
Abstract: Implantable medical systems enter an exposure mode of operation, either manually via a down linked programming instruction or by automatic detection by the implantable system of exposure to a magnetic disturbance. A controller then determines the appropriate exposure mode by considering various pieces of information including the device type including whether the device has defibrillation capability, pre-exposure mode of therapy including which chambers have been paced, and pre-exposure cardiac activity that is either intrinsic or paced rates. Additional considerations may include determining whether a sensed rate during the exposure mode is physiologic or artificially produced by the magnetic disturbance. When the sensed rate is physiologic, then the controller uses the sensed rate to trigger pacing and otherwise uses asynchronous pacing at a fixed rate.

  • Patent number: 9131643
Abstract: A cord retainer and cord wrap system for use with a portable (e.g., handheld) electric blower, and a blower incorporating the same. The system may allow for storage of the cord onboard the blower when the latter is not in use. Embodiments of the invention may utilize a portion of the blower housing to form one winding surface for the cord. A second winding surface may be provided by a cord retainer that may be secured in place along the extension tube of the blower, e.g., via interference fit. Other embodiments may include two or more nozzles that may be selectively inserted into the extension tube to permit selective tuning of blower performance.

  • Patent number: 7177601
Abstract: A bimodal power data link transceiver device (33) is provided. The device comprises a transceiver integrated circuit (IC) (14); wherein the IC comprises an oscillator (150), a frequency reference port, and a RF output port. A VCO (12) is coupled to the oscillator and a direct digital synthesizer (15) is coupled to the frequency reference port. The combination allows the IC to operate below 200 MHz. In addition, an external power amplifier (19) is connected to the RF output port thus allowing for burst RF communications at a higher power than the quiescent receive mode.
