  • Patent number: 6619569
Abstract: The extended reach pressure relief spray valve mounts on the end of any length extension tube with any brand of spray gun or feeder valve. As the fluid is pumped through the spray gun and extension tube and into the spray valve, the pressure increases until it reaches an adjustable pressure relief set point (such as 1000 psi). At that point the valve opens and begins spraying. The relief spray valve doesn't require any long needles or cables to actuate the valve that results in a very simple extended reach pole gun. The relief spray valve opens by fluid pressure. Such fluid pressure can be easily adjusted by the user. The valve can be installed on any length pole. The spray relief valve is located next to the spray tip to minimize the paint from spitting and provides a sharp spray pattern. The spray relief valve is also built with a 180-degree swivel spray head for easy turn directional spraying.

  • Patent number: 5407106
Abstract: The dispense valve is designed for application of high viscosity fluids and is designed so that it is equally effective and usable in manual or automatic versions. The valve is air operated and the air section and fluid sections may be swiveled relative to one another to allow the inlet lines to be aligned in the desired manner relative to one another. The seat against which the needle seals is designed to be reversible to effectively double the life of the single part. Also, the trigger valve attaches directly to the valve itself so as to allow ease of attachment and detachment. The complete assembly provides a compact, easily maneuverable and effective device.

  • Patent number: 4692754
Abstract: A small self-contained unit is provided to indicate rotation of a machine element such as a brush in a domestic vacuum cleaner. The rotation indicating device may be mounted inside the nozzle of the vacuum cleaner so that through an aperture in the vacuum cleaner nozzle, an indicator lamp may be observed, and it will be illuminated upon rotation of the vacuum cleaner brush. The rotation indicating device includes a housing which carries the lamp in a fixed longitudinal position on the housing, which accommodates a wire coil within the housing and the coil cooperates with a rotating magnet on the rotating brush. All of the parts are fixed in longitudinal position so that when the indicating device is mounted in the vacuum cleaner, the wire coil is in position to cooperate with the magnet and the lamp is in position adjacent the vacuum cleaner nozzle aperture.
