  • Patent number: 10468840
Abstract: An electrical inlet/outlet assembly is provided including an Alternating Current (AC) inlet having at least a line terminal and a neutral terminal arranged to receive electric power from a power supply via a first power, and an AC outlet having at least a line terminal and a neutral terminal arranged to supply electric power from the AC inlet to an electrical device. Channels are provided extending respectively between the line and neutral terminals of the AC inlet and the line and neutral terminals of the AC outlet, and connectors are disposed within the channels to electrically connect the line and neutral terminals of the AC inlet respectively to the line and neutral terminals of the AC outlet. The channels forms water-sealed enclosures around the connectors.

  • Patent number: 10412805
Abstract: A lighting apparatus is provided including a lighting unit arranged to emit light; a switching device disposed between a power source and the lighting unit; and a controller configured to set a drive signal based on a target luminance level of the lighting unit and control a switching operation of the switching device via a drive signal to regulate a supply of electric power from the power source to the lighting unit. The controller monitors a voltage of the power source and periodically adjusts the drive signal based on the voltage of the power source.

  • Publication number: 20190178472
Abstract: A light apparatus is provided including a housing, a light module, a wireless communication unit configured to communicate wirelessly with a communication device, and a controller disposed in the housing and in communication with the wireless communication unit. The controller receives a control signal associated with at least one of a luminance intensity or lighting direction of the light module from the communication device via the wireless communication unit and controls the luminance intensity or lighting direction of the lighting module according to the control signal.

  • Patent number: 10092966
Abstract: First and second dies can be coupled to a pair of arms on a threaded rod cutting machine. The first die has a body with a front face, a rear face, a side face extending between the front face and the rear face, and a first threaded recess in the first side face and configured to receive a threaded rod to be cut. Crests and troughs of the first thread are aligned with troughs and crests of the threaded rod when the first die engages the rod. The second die has a body with a front face, a side face extending between the front face and the rear face, and a second threaded recess in the side face and configured to receive the threaded rod. Crests and troughs of the second thread are axially offset from troughs and crests of the threaded rod when the second die engages the rod.
