  • Publication number: 20240135285
Abstract: Apparatus and associated methods relate to automatically generate an interactive display for event scheduling based on a maximum expected wait time at a user selected trigger time. In an illustrative example a central orchestration engine (COE) may generate, in response to a request for service with a maximum wait tolerance (MOT) from a service seeking entity (SSE), a display of available time slots for the requested service. The COE may, for example, generate an array of service providers (SPs) as a function of a geofence filter. For each SP, the COE may generate an expected wait time (EWT) based on an anticipated service flow at the SP. The COE may, for example, select and display available time slots of the SPs with the EWT less than the MOT. Various embodiments may, for example, advantageously present an interactive display of available time slots at one or more SPs for selection.

  • Patent number: 11900292
Abstract: Apparatus and associated methods relate to automatically prioritizing predicted events in a dynamic predicted queueing profile (PQP) for a service provider (SP) for a finite future time period. In an illustrative example, a central orchestration engine (COE) may generate, in response to a request for service from a service seeking entity (SSE), a dynamic queueing event profile (DQEP) associating the SSE with the PQP for the SP at the future time period. The COE may, for example, generate a confidence level of execution (CLE) for each DQEP in the PQP based on a historical behavior profile (HBP) of the SP and of each corresponding SSE. The COE may, for example, apply the confidence level of execution to each corresponding DQEP to assign a priority in the PQP. Various embodiments may, for example, advantageously dynamically prioritize a queue based on historical behavior of an SP and SSEs in the queue.

  • Patent number: 6275931
Abstract: A system for loading upgraded, that is, new boot code and/or main firm ware has a programmable memory that has two boot code regions. One of the regions holds the active boot code while the other region holds the inactive boot code. During a boot code upgrade, the boot code in the inactive region, is under control of the boot code in the active region, replaced with the new boot code. Once the replacement process is verified as having been successful and the vector table in the new boot code is copied to the processor vector table in the memory, the processor can be reset so that the new boot code becomes the active boot code and the previously active boot code becomes the inactive boot code.

  • Patent number: 4717857
Abstract: A fluorescent lamp utilizing a four component phosphor combination is provided producing efficient white color illumination at a lower cost than conventional phosphor coatings of the same type. A lamp color temperature of approximately 3500.degree. K. is produced with a blend containing two strontium apatite phosphors, one strontium orthophosphate phosphor and a calcium haloapatite phosphor. The strontium phosphors are blended in weight proportions to match the white color emission point of the calcium haloapatite phosphor component in said blend.
