Abstract: Methods and materials for treating a mammal having a congenital disease (e.g., a congenital heart disease such as congenital long QT syndrome) are provided herein. For example, this document provides methods and materials for generating and using nucleic acids to treat a mammal having a congenital disease, where the nucleic acids can suppress expression of mutant disease-related alleles in the mammal while providing a replacement cDNA that does not contain the disease-related mutation(s).

Abstract: The instant application provides methods to improve the total starch yield and/or gluten yield from corn kernels in a wet milling process, the method comprising admixing corn kernels or a fraction of the corn kernels with an enzyme composition comprising an effective amount of one or more hydrolytic enzymes, wherein at least one of said hydrolytic enzymes is selected from the group consisting of a GH30 polypeptide, a GH5 polypeptide or a combination thereof.

In accordance with certain embodiments, computerized systems and methods are provided that display a plurality of tiles for a plurality of sources, the plurality of sources being provided by at least a first information provider and a second information provider. The systems and methods may further include receiving a selection of content within a first tile in the plurality of tiles, the content being provided by the first information provider. The systems and methods may further include dragging, based on input from the first user, the selected content onto a second tile linked to the second information provider. The systems and methods may further include sending, based on the dragging, the selected content to the second information provider to share the selected content with a second user.
