Abstract: A method and a system for recommending an insurance carrier. The method includes receiving at least one user preference from a consumer; receiving, from at least one third party, at least one rating for each of a plurality of insurance carriers; computing scores for each of the plurality of insurance carriers, the score based on the received at least one user preference and the received ratings; and recommending the insurance carrier with the highest score to the consumer. The system includes a consumer interface, a third party interface, and a processor configured to receive at least one user preference from a consumer at the consumer interface; receive, from at least one third party, at least one rating for each of a plurality of insurance carriers at the third party interface; compute scores for each of the plurality of insurance carriers, and output a recommendation of the insurance carrier.

Abstract: A system for automated, predictive modeling of the outcome of a benefits claim includes a profile generator, an evaluation component, and a case management application. The profile generator executes on a computing device and retrieves a claimant profile associated with an adjudicated claim. The evaluation component executes on the computing device and generates a prediction of an outcome of a claim brought by a potential claimant of a government benefit, responsive to the retrieved claimant profile. The evaluation component generates a recommendation to file the claim for the government benefit, responsive to the generated prediction. The case management application executes on the computing device, receives the generated prediction of the outcome of the claim and the generated recommendation and displays at least one of the generated prediction and the generated recommendation.

A control module is provided which responds to a directive for controlling operation of the aeration subsystem in response to sensing environmental parameters. The control module operates the blower in repetitive cycles of intermittent operation in one of the vacuum mode and pressure mode wherein each cycles includes a blower-on and blower-off mode. The blower-on mode operates the blower units for a first time interval and the blower-off mode ceases operation of the blower units for a second time interval during each cycle.
