  • Publication number: 20240180344
Abstract: Provided is a canopy cover for a roller grill assembly that works in conjunction with a roller grill food separating device. The canopy includes a pair of support brackets that contact the sidewalls of the roller grill to support the canopy thereon. The canopy support brackets include cutouts for positioning a food separating device on the grill assembly. The configuration of the cutouts allows the food separating device support brackets to rest between the ends of the canopy support brackets and on the roller grill. The canopy further includes a pair of canopy header brackets for supporting a header graphic custom sign positioned above the roller grill. The canopy provides a sanitary cover for a roller grill and a food separating device that permits segregation of food products on the grill surface, protects the food from contaminants, and provides support for an advertising sign.

  • Publication number: 20240097424
Abstract: A self-retractable wire reel for supplying electrical contacts to electronic devices. The self-retractable wire reel includes a housing having a drum positioned between a pair of brackets that rotates relative to the brackets. A wire threaded through a slot in one of the brackets to access an inner spool area and passes through a drum aperture to be wound about a sidewall of an outer spool area. A spring is engaged with the drum such that the drum is biased in a first direction. In a first direction, the drum causes an outfeed section of the wire to retract towards the housing. As the outfeed section of the wire is pulled away from the housing in an extended configuration, the infeed section of the wire leading from the external power source experiences a tensioning force on the wire.

  • Publication number: 20240096249
Abstract: A sign device for indicating to a customer a customizable message. The sign device includes a sign unit and a light source capable of displaying and illuminating a first sign. An arm extends from a lateral side of the sign unit, wherein the arm includes a foot member that secures to and slides the sign unit along a rail. The foot member allows the sign unit to rotate along a longitudinal axis. The sign unit is telescopic and can transition between a retracted configuration and an extended configuration. A retractable wire housing having a wire is in electronic communication with an electrical connector of the foot member that provides power to the sign. In some embodiments, the first sign is semi-translucent such that the light source illuminates through the first sign.

  • Publication number: 20060037486
Abstract: A roller grill separating device having a clip capable of being attached to a grill roller, a center section, and upper sign clips to hold supplemental signage. The center section stabilizes the device and prevents it from rotating. The center section accommodates a cross bar, a separator bar, a thermometer, and signs. A plurality of devices can be used to form a wall or the device can be used with a separator bar and a crossover bar to create a separate area on the grill so that uncooked products do not touch cooked products. One or more device can be replaced with a flavor identification device. The flavor identification device includes a slide-in signage area for sign clips that are used for identifying and marketing different types of food products such as hot dogs. The device is inexpensive to make, is sanitary and made of a heat resistant material.
