Abstract: A framed enclosure includes a roof unit and a wall unit attachable to both the roof unit and to a foundation. The roof unit may be attachable to a host structure via a gutter unit. The heads of fasteners connecting the wall unit to the foundation, the wall unit to adjacent wall units, the wall unit to the roof unit, the roof unit to adjacent roof units, and the roof unit to the gutter unit, are covered to prevent corrosion of the respective fasteners and improve the appearance of the enclosure. The connection between the roof unit and gutter unit is configured to prevent leakage of rainwater. A head member between the wall unit and the roof unit includes an upper portion defining a bridge between the head members of adjacent wall units.

Abstract: A form void for providing a space between a poured concrete structure and an underlying expansive soil is formed of three sheets of corrugated paper for shipping in a flat "knock-down" configuration and is erected at the construction site simply by inserting one panel into a groove between two other panels. The upper surface is comprised of three panel thicknesses, and the outer support panels are reinforced by a pair of internal support panels. The cross-sectional shape may be trapezoidal, rectangular, symmetric or non-symmetric, or have a sloped top.

Abstract: A new deer decoy for attracting an animal such as a deer into close proximity of a waiting hunter. The inventive device includes a deer shaped main body member including a head portion and a rear portion. A pair of ear members are rotatably mounted to the head portion and are rotatable between a friendly position and a challenging position. A tail member is pivotally mounted to the rear portion and is pivotable between a first position and a second position to simulate the tail movement of a live animal.

Abstract: A two-part collapsible form void for providing a space between a poured concrete structure and an underlying expansive soil is formed of a foldable outer section and a foldable inner section which, when erected, is longitudinally slidable into the erected outer section. The form void may be shipped in the separated and collapsed state, reducing shipping volume by up to 85 percent, and is easily erected by hand at the job site.
