Abstract: A system for providing a notification of a live event includes a computer system having a memory configured to store program instructions and a processor configured to execute the program instructions. The computer system, in response to execution of the program instructions, is configured to receive live event information regarding the live event, analyze the received live event information, determine a delay status of the live event, generate a message based on the delay status and transmit the generated message. A client device is communicably connected to the computer system and is configured to receive the generated message. The client device includes an output device configured to output a notification based on the generated message.
