  • Publication number: 20240092888
Abstract: Described herein are engineered anti-IL-2 antibodies with modified amino acid sequences. The engineered antibodies would confer modified receptor binding specificity to an IL-2-anti-IL2 antibody complex, inhibiting the binding of IL-2 to CD25. The engineered anti-IL-2 antibodies would facilitate expansion of subsets of effector immune cells and decrease undesirable effects caused by IL-2. Thus, the engineered anti-IL-2 antibodies would be useful in treating disease such as cancer and infection.

  • Publication number: 20240095259
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for storing a first data object comprising a first set of immutable components, the first data object being associated with a corresponding second data object stored by a remote replication system. A difference is determined between the first set of immutable components of the first data object and a second set of immutable components of the corresponding second data object. A subset of immutable components is identified from the first set of immutable components based on the difference. The subset of immutable components from the first set of immutable components is provided to the remote replication system over a communication network.

Abstract: A power line interference (PLI) suppression method includes receiving an input analog signal superimposed with PLI, and digitally estimating one or more harmonics of the PLI in real-time. Responsively to the one or more digitally estimated harmonics, one or more analog harmonic waveforms are outputted, that match the respective one or more harmonics of the PLI. The input analog signal and the one or more analog harmonic waveforms are received, and the superimposed PLI in the input analog signal is suppressed using the one or more analog harmonic waveforms. • Publication number: 20230085919
Abstract: A method and system are directed to designing a low-dropout regulator (LDO) circuit and using the LDO circuit to detect recycled counterfeit integrated circuits. The LDO circuit includes, in part, a reference path circuit and a stressed path circuit. Each of the reference path circuit and the stressed path circuit is coupled to a control signal that can enable the corresponding path circuit for the LDO. LDO parameters can then be measured while the reference path circuit and the stressed path circuit is enabled respectively. The difference between the LDO parameters measured while the reference path circuit is enabled and while the stressed path circuit is enabled is used to determine if an integrated circuit comprising the LDO circuit is a recycled counterfeit.

  • Patent number: 11565046
Abstract: An auto-injector is provided which includes a housing with a syringe slidably received therein. The syringe has a barrel with a piston movable therein and a needle extending therefrom. The piston is releasably secured to one end of a plunger which is slidably secured within a body in the housing and is operable through a bias provided by a motive source. In use, the plunger moves under the bias from a loaded condition to a discharged condition to move the syringe so that the needle extends from a tip at an injection end of the housing and to slide the piston within the barrel to expel the contents of the syringe. The plunger is held in the loaded condition against the bias by a detent extending from the body and which can be selectively released by operation of an actuator when pressure is applied to the tip.
