Abstract: Various embodiments of apparatuses and methods for multi-cast, multiple unicast, and unicast distribution of messages with time synchronized delivery are described. In some embodiments, the disclosed system and methods include a reference timekeeper providing a reference clock to one or more host computing devices. The one or more host computing devices host compute instances, and also contain respective isolated timing hardware outside the control of the compute instances. The isolated timing hardware of the one or more host computing devices then receive respective packets, and obtain the same time to deliver the respective packets. Each isolated timing hardware provides either the packet, or information to access the packet, to its respective destination compute instance subsequent to determining that the same specified time to deliver the packet has occurred. Thus, the respective packets are delivered near simultaneously to the one or more destination compute instances.

The receptacle comprises an inner portion including a hollow recess with an open mouth at a top of the receptacle, an interior base wall defining a bottom of the hollow recess, and an interior surrounding sidewall extending vertically between the open mouth and the interior base wall. The inner portion is shaped to receive and retain a drinking vessel. The receptacle further comprises an outer portion including an exterior surrounding sidewall. The cup holder device further comprises an arm extending downwardly from a bottom of the receptacle. The arm is shaped to insert in between one or more portions of a seating area. The outer portion makes direct contact with and rests on top of the one or more portions of the seating area when the arm is inserted in between the one or more portions of the seating area.

Abstract: An abdominal exercise device including an upper abdominal lever member having engagement ends and an intermediate section for contacting a body of an individual and a lower abdominal lever member having engagement ends and an intermediate section for contacting a body of an individual with spring-biased resistance hubs releasably locked into said engagement ends of said upper lever member and lower lever member engagement ends, wherein operation of the lever members when rotated about the resistance hubs provides a scissor-like movement of respective upper and lower lever members connected to the resistance hub. The resistance hubs include a plurality of interchangeable resistance hub pairs of varying resistance.

Abstract: This invention pertains to highly filled polymer compositions comprising a low molecular weight ethylene and/or alpha olefin homopolymers and copolymers, or blends therefrom, filled with high concentrations of fillers or additives. Examples of such fillers or additives include fire retardants, talc, ceramic manufacturing agents, color concentrates, crosslinking agents, and blowing agents. Because of the low crystallinity (and therefore high percentage of amorphous phase) and low viscosities of the base polymers, highly processable compositions can be formed containing even if containing relatively high loadings of fillers or additives. Such highly filled compositions are thus ideally suited as concentrates or masterbatch formulations for a variety of different compounding applications.
