Once generated, the social networking system user can select the avatar reaction for addition to an ephemeral reaction stream associated with a live video broadcast.     Abstract: Virus and microbe-killing, self-sterilizing resistive heated air filters and methods of making and using same methods. The air filter is includes laser-induced graphene (LIG), a porous conductive graphene foam formed through photothermal conversion of a polyimide film (or another source or source of polymer or other LIG precursor material) by a laser source. The LIG in the air filter can capture particulates and bacteria. The bacteria cannot proliferate even when submerged in culture medium. Through a periodic Joule-heating mechanism, the filter easily reaches greater than 300° C. This destroys any microorganisms including bacteria, along with molecules that can cause adverse biological reactions and diseases such as viruses, pyrogens, allergens, exotoxins, endotoxins, teichoic acids, mycotoxins, nucleic acids, and prions.

Tuning the zeta potential of the contact surface allows selective attraction and/or repulsion of coke-catalyzing materials, metal ions, heteroatomic hydrocarbons, and/or coke precursors present in the hydrocarbon fluid. A method of mitigating coke formation during delivery of a hydrocarbon fluid includes tuning a zeta potential of the contact surface of the component and injecting or circulating the hydrocarbon fluid through the system such that the contact surface selectively attracts and/or repels coke-catalyzing materials, metal ions, heteroatomic hydrocarbons, and/or coke precursors present in the hydrocarbon fluid.

The messaging database is a key-value database that subscribes messaging frontend servers to topics. The topic servers receive publish requests from the backend servers to identify subscribed messaging frontend servers in the messaging database to push messages out to. The frontend messaging servers subsequently push out the message to the client devices subscribed to the topic.

    Abstract: Compositions and methods are provided for stacking multiple independent transgenic loci into the genome of a plant. Compositions include plants, seeds or plant cells comprising at least one transgenic target site and at least one genomic locus of interest integrated at different genomic sites within a genomic window. Plant breeding techniques can be employed such that the transgenic target site and the genomic locus of interest can be bred together. In this way, multiple independent transgene integrations can be generated within a genomic window to create a complex trait locus. The complex trait locus is designed such that the transgenic target sites and/or genomic loci of interest can segregate independently of each other, thus providing the benefit of altering a complex trait locus by breeding-in and breeding-away specific elements. Various methods can also be employed to modify the target sites such that they contain a variety of polynucleotides of interest.
