    Abstract: The present invention provides a method, system, and program product for indicating a state of a value of an application. Specifically, under the present invention a graphical state indicator is displayed for a property (e.g., background screen color) of an application. The graphical state indicator will indicate a “state” of a value of the property. That is, the graphical state indicator will indicate whether the value is a user-defined value, or is a default value. Under the present invention, a graphical state indicator can be provided for any property of the application. As such, multiple graphical state indicators may be simultaneously displayed. The present invention can also display a graphical value indicator for indicating the current value (e.g., blue) of the property (e.g., background screen color). This value can be changed based upon an interaction with the graphical value indicator by a user.

    Abstract: A computer implemented method and apparatus for ensuring secured dialog between a card holder and a card provider via a network is provided. The system facilitates real-time communicate between a card provider virtual agent and a card holder using a card holder interface operating via a network. In a typical arrangement, the card holder requests completion of a transaction from a merchant system via a network. The upon receiving notification that the transaction request has been denied by the card provider system, the card holder is provided real-time access to the card provider virtual agent. The virtual agent may then send a transaction approval code to the card provider system overriding any transaction denial and permitting the card holder to resubmit the transaction request to the merchant system for subsequent approval.

    Abstract: A system for encrypting and decrypting messages using a browser in either a web or wireless device or secure message client software for transmission to or from a web server on the Internet connected to an email server or message server for the situation where the sender does not possess the credentials and public key of the recipients. The encryption and decryption is conducted using a standard web browser on a personal computer or a mini browser on a wireless device, or message client software on either a personal computer or wireless devices such that messages transmitted to the web or wireless browser or message client software can be completed and encrypted and signed by the user such that encrypted and signed data does not require credentials and public key of the recipients. A method for delivering and using private keys to ensure that such keys are destroyed after use is also provided.
